Shipping Policy for Less Than Retail
Shipping Costs
- Individual items: Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight at checkout.
- Bulk/WhatsApp orders: Priced separately as arranged.
- Pallet deliveries: Quoted individually via WhatsApp depending on delivery location.
Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- We use a range of trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and others depending on parcel size and weight.
- All orders are sent with tracking. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam/junk folder) for automatic tracking updates from our system.
Dispatch Schedule
We aim to dispatch orders by 12:00 noon on:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Please note:
- Bundle Boxes require additional time to build and check before dispatch.
- On Wednesdays, staff are in-store but do not handle bundle box packing or postage. Orders placed Wednesday will be processed on Thursday.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon will usually be dispatched the next eligible dispatch day.
Delivery Time
- Standard UK delivery: within 48 hours from dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Bundle boxes may take slightly longer due to preparation time.
- Pallet deliveries: Delivery time will be confirmed when quoted via WhatsApp.
Scheduling Pallet Deliveries
- If you need to arrange a specific delivery day, please contact us after placing your order.
- Courier requests for timed deliveries may incur additional charges.
Shipping Limitations
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.
International Shipping
- We can ship outside of the UK on request only.
- Please contact us in advance so we can provide a custom quote.
- We have shipped items to the USA before, but costs can be high — please be aware international shipping may not be cost-effective for all orders.
- Customs, duties, import taxes, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient in order to release the goods.
Damages & Lost Parcels
Less Than Retail Ltd is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping.
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
- For assistance, you may also contact us and we will help where possible.
