Less Than Retail

At Less Than Retail, we are committed to delivering value and variety to our customers. We specialise in offering returned items, overstock, and liquidation stock, providing a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Sale Terms

Due to the nature of our business, many of our items are clearance or returns. While all sales are generally considered final, we do offer a refund option in line with UK consumer rights:

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item.
  • Once notified, you then have 14 days to return the item(s).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as sold — unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable state.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g. food, cleaning, health & beauty items once opened)
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Bulk/job lot or mystery box purchases

Returns and Refunds

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return postage costs).
