Hi, we’re Craig and Jayme — the faces behind Less Than Retail.

What started as buying a pallet or two of clearance stock has grown into a proper shop here on Church Street in Runcorn. From day one, our mission has been simple: to bring people great value by offering returned items, overstock, and end-of-line bargains at prices that make sense.

We’re not a big chain, we’re a family-run business. Some days you’ll find us serving behind the counter, other days unpacking boxes, and sometimes our kids are in too, “helping” (or creating chaos, depending on how you look at it 🙈).
